WHAT IT IS

The lemon tree is native to Asia. An evergreen tree that grows to about 6 (20 feet) metres tall with white/pink flowers that are highly perfumed. The fruit goes from green to yellow when ripe.

Lemon essential oil is extracted from the fresh fruit peel (rind) by either cold expression or distillation and has a sharp, fresh clean citrus smell.
