WHAT IT IS

The Kalahari Melon has been cultivated throughout Africa for millennia but probably originates from the Kalahari Desert in Namibia where it still grows abundantly. The seeds are extracted by hand, left to dry then cold pressed to produce an odourless oil, light yellow in colour.

WHY IS IT SO GOOD

A lightweight and delicate oil yet incredibly moisturising and emollient, Kalahari Melon Seed oil penetrates quickly leaving no greasy feel and doesn’t clog the pores (non-comedogenic).

The luxurious Kalahari melon seed oil has a high content of fatty acids (oleic, palmitic, stearic and an especially high concentration of linoleic acid) and phytosterols, which help with cell regeneration and skin barrier repair and function, effectively strengthening the skin and restoring elasticity for more supple, well-toned and smooth skin.  It has superb anti-inflammatory properties from vitamins E, A and C and other antioxidants.  The high content of linoleic acid also help dissolve excess sebum and remove toxins from the skin.
